About My Clients
I work with adults from all walks of life, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity or purpose. I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds, and strive to create a space where LGBTQ+ clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and affirmed. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something to change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to each person rather than believing there is one “right” way to heal. I’m especially interested in helping clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and connection. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for appropriate clients. I view ketamine as a potential tool to support deeper therapeutic work—not as a quick fix, but as an opportunity to approach experiences, emotions, and perspectives with greater openness. Whether we are working through a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to feel more connected to yourself, my goal is to create a space where meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
believe people are more than the challenges they are experiencing, and that we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and change. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be fully yourself—without judgment, shame, or having to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be. I believe that many of the ways we cope developed for a reason, even when those patterns may no longer serve us. Rather than judging those parts of ourselves, I believe in approaching them with curiosity and compassion. I believe healing is rarely linear, and that sometimes the most important work is learning to slow down, listen inward, and trust yourself again. I value authenticity, humor, openness, and the courage it takes to ask for help. I believe every person deserves to feel respected and affirmed, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, identity, background, or life experience. My goal is to create a space where you can explore who you are and what you want your life to become.
