About My Clients

You’ve been doing your best—checking the boxes, staying busy, holding it all together—but something still feels off. Maybe anxiety is taking over, relationships feel confusing or unfulfilling, or you’re questioning who you really are and what you want from life. You’re craving more clarity, confidence, and connection—but you’re not sure how to get there.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in working with women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, attachment trauma, relationship struggles, and quarter-life transitions. My approach is relational, existential, and trauma-informed. That means we’ll explore your story in a way that’s deep, thoughtful, and grounded in real-life experience. In therapy, I’ll help you untangle unhelpful patterns, better understand yourself, and move toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned with your values. I balance warmth with gentle challenge and offer a space where you don’t have to perform, fix yourself, or have it all figured out. You don’t have to settle for a life that feels disconnected or inauthentic. If you’re ready to explore what healing and growth can look like for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a space for honest reflection, meaningful connection, and deep inner work. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, honoring your experiences, and making intentional choices about how you want to live. I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process. You bring your story, your insight, and your courage. I bring presence, curiosity, and a willingness to hold space for the hard stuff. I believe in striking a balance between empathy and gentle challenge—so you can feel supported while also being invited to grow. At its core, I believe therapy should help you come home to yourself. That means uncovering the beliefs, patterns, and wounds that have shaped you—and finding new ways to relate to yourself and others with more clarity, compassion, and intention. I believe healing happens in connection, and that being truly seen and understood is a powerful catalyst for change.
