About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults and teens struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I hope to help individuals throughout the courageous road of treatment and walk alongside them, providing support and compassion along the way.
My Background and Approach
Asking for help can be a scary process and it takes bravery to do so. Knowing this, I strive to meet you where you are at in your journey with compassion and genuine acceptance. If clients are open to it, I utilize art therapy throughout the therapeutic process in order to help build trust with oneself and explore topics and past experiences in a unique way. Art therapy also offers a method of communicating that does not rely solely on talking, which can be challenging for some when it comes to processing difficult experiences. I also utilize Internal Family Systems therapy and person-centered modalities to help clients achieve their goals while being heard and validated in their experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
