As a therapist, I love being able to walk alongside people through the therapy journey, providing an empathetic and compassionate environment to foster growth. As a clinician, I have worked with many children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as their families, and I am passionate about working with these populations and their needs.
My Background and Approach
I believe the therapy process should be unique and tailored to each individual, and as such I utilize an eclectic approach in my practice that is tailored to each client. Therapy is a safe space where you can come and feel supported in growing to reach your goals and become the best and happiest version of yourself. I believe that everyone is capable of growth given the right support and that each individual is the expert on their own life and experiences. It is my roles as the therapist to meet each client where they are at and give them the support and guidance they need in order to achieve their goals.
