About My Clients
I work with individuals who are ready to break patterns—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or long-standing family dynamics. Many of my clients are navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. They’re often motivated to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and create more intentional, fulfilling lives.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. I primarily use EMDR and CBT, along with mindfulness and grounding skills, to help you process past experiences, understand current patterns, and build tools that actually work in your daily life. I’m not here to lecture or give you all the answers—I’ll help you slow things down, ask meaningful questions, and connect the dots so your insights actually stick. I’ll meet you where you’re at while also gently challenging you when it supports your growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to go through difficult experiences without always knowing where to turn. I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical or scripted. My goal is for you to feel understood, respected, and empowered to trust yourself. I show up as a real person in the room—someone who genuinely cares, listens, and supports you in building a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
