About My Clients

If therapy has ever left you feeling judged, misunderstood, or unseen—you’re not alone. Perhaps you're just stuck and struggling to overcome deeply rooted barriers. Whatever the reason, you don’t need to show up with answers. You just need a place to start asking the right questions. I don’t just nod—I ask the deeper questions, challenge the shame, and hold space for your healing in whatever shape it takes.

My Background and Approach

I offer a calm, grounded space where you’re met with empathy, curiosity, and kindness. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, you're welcome to show up exactly as you are, at your own pace. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in deep curiosity. I blend Brainspotting, CBT, EMDR-informed, IFS-informed, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we’ll tailor interventions that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and insight-building. My style is collaborative and client-led—I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and empowered to trust your inner wisdom. I offer more than just coping skills, I help clients build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with their bodies after trauma or chronic stress. I hold space for complexity, contradiction, and non-linear healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing isn’t linear—progress can be messy and full of both setbacks and growth. I also believe you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy; this is a space for insight, connection, and self-discovery. I believe that YOU are the expert on your own life and approach our work as a collaborative process. I believe our bodies and nervous systems hold deep wisdom, and healing happens both cognitively and somatically. I also recognize that trauma, oppression, and cultural systems shape mental health in real ways. I believe in leading with curiosity over judgment, honoring how you’ve adapted to survive. Your identity is fluid and evolving, and I hold space for that too.
