About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating complex emotional landscapes. My clients may be navigating identity exploration, the impact of addiction, or challenging family dynamics — but more broadly, they’re seeking clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of self. They want a space where they don’t have to filter or perform, where they can be fully seen and supported in their growth.
My Background and Approach
I offer a relational, affirming, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I support clients in slowing down and making space for emotions, patterns, and stories. My experience includes working with people affected by eating disorders and addiction, and those wanting to unlearn harmful narratives around bodies, relationships, and worth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of showing up as your true, imperfect self. Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about creating a space where you can be messy, curious, and honest without fear of judgment. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity for change and healing, but it’s a journey that looks different for each person. I hold a deep respect for each individual’s unique story and identity, and I’m committed to creating an environment where you can explore yours freely. Above all, I believe in the power of empathy, honesty, and the strength that comes from being fully seen and heard.
