About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns of pain, anxiety, or disconnection. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, sexual issues, porn use, problematic sexual behavior, relationship struggles, or faith-related questions. In our work together, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, make sense of your story, and move toward lasting healing and freedom.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, depth-oriented, and centered on emotional safety. I believe real change does not come from forcing solutions or “thinking your way out” of pain, but from feeling understood, making sense of your story, and gently shifting the patterns that keep you stuck. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, yet still feel trapped in cycles they cannot seem to change. My work focuses on helping insight turn into emotional movement and lasting change. I draw from narrative and psychodynamic frameworks, along with other evidence-based approaches, to help clients explore how their past experiences, relationships, beliefs, and internal world shape how they show up today. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look for root patterns, unspoken needs, and emotional blocks. This allows us to work at a deeper level where real healing can happen. I move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Faith and compassion are central to my work. Becoming Ever Free is rooted in John 8:36: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” I believe every person’s story matters and that healing happens through honesty, grace, and connection. My Christian faith shapes the way I hold hope for my clients, but I welcome people of all backgrounds. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about supporting marriages, mentoring in my church community, and encouraging others to live with authenticity and purpose.
