About My Clients
I see clients of all ages. I help my clients navigate their lives and find meaning and purpose. I see clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family and parenting concerns, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, life transitions and grief. I often work with high-achieving student populations and understand the nuances of living in these types of environments.
My Background and Approach
I received my masters in mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I am genuine, practical and empathetic. I take a holistic, solution focused, and strength-based approach. I incorporate psychoeducation into my sessions and enjoy learning about the mind and body with my clients. I make it a point to discover the tools that work best for each client and cater my treatment to individual needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am your typical "jack of all trades, master of none" when it comes to my own life. I truly love life and have too many interests and enjoyments to count. I embody a growth-mindset and am forever learning new things. I believe in love, connection and community and work to foster these values in my clients.
