About My Clients
I work with clients who are healing from trauma, navigating anxiety, or struggling with intense emotions and relationships. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, build practical tools, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling Psychology from Florida International University. My clinical experience includes working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, and borderline personality disorder. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open about what they’re experiencing. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, develop healthier coping skills, work through difficult experiences, or make meaningful changes, my goal is to meet you where you are and work with you toward where you want to be.
