About My Clients
Are you struggling to connect with others on a deeper level, experiencing intense emotions that seem to only lead to more anger and sadness, pushing others away with actions that don't align with who you wish to be? Does it feel like this cycle will never end? I am passionate about working with children/adolescents and families, as well as adults, to explore symptoms of trauma, how the body and brain work together to keep you safe, and how you can learn and grow through your relationships.
My Background and Approach
I strive to build trusting and safe working relationships with my clients as a foundation to explore symptoms related to trauma, family conflict, and complex PTSD. I utilize an integrative and creative approach, helping children, adults, and families connect their brains, bodies, and emotions in a way that helps them feel understood, confident, and secure. Life can be difficult, you deserve a space to feel validated and acknowledged. I have specialized training in working with complex trauma as well as several other specific trauma trainings under my belt. I enjoy working with neurodiversity, high-achieving individuals, and those who have difficulty mastering their inner experience, as well as those who support these individuals throughout development. I incorporate nature-based, somatic, play, and parts-informed interventions into my work, seeking to meet people where they are with a language that is accessible to them, no matter their age or ability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all deserve to be seen and heard for who we are regardless of what has happened to us. I believe that every person has a drive from within to understand and be understood. I take pride in providing that space for humans of all ages, regardless of where you are in your healing or growing process. Together, we will create a unique experience that allows you, your child, or your family to thrive in the world.
