In addition to therapy, I offer private-pay consulting for therapists navigating burnout, chronic illness, or practice redesign. It's for clinicians who need clarity and strategy without the clinical frame.
My Background and Approach
I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals reach their goals. I am licensed in Michigan and close to being certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I will soon be offering EMDR intensives and reset sessions. I offer care that's flexible, empowering, and designed to meet you where you are. I support women who carry a lot. At work, at home, and in their hearts and heads. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or chronic illness, I offer calm, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with yourself. I also provide one-time sessions, walk-and-talks, and gentle coaching to help you feel grounded again. You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own. If life feels heavy or overwhelming, there’s space here for you to breathe and sort things out. Together, we’ll find clarity, healing, and a way forward that honors who you are and what you’ve been through.
