My Background and Approach
I provide therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult experiences and discover your own strength. I'll be direct — expect to be gently challenged. Together we'll work on dismantling negative core beliefs, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building healthy boundaries, and finding coping skills that actually fit your life. I have experience working across a wide variety of settings with people of all ages, and have frequently worked with individuals navigating life's most challenging chapters — including healing from trauma, anxiety and depression, major life transitions, burnout in parenting and caregiving, and chronic illness and chronic pain.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our wellbeing is deeply shaped by the world around us — and sometimes that world is a lot to carry. I believe that even within systems that fail us and circumstances we didn't choose, there is room to shift our internal narratives, practice self-compassion, and reclaim what is within our control. I hold hope for every person I work with, and it would be an honor to be part of your journey.
