About My Clients

My background is working with domestic violence and sexual assault as well as childhood trauma. Anyone, regardless of what you have experienced is welcomed to contact me for a consult to see if working together sounds like a good fit.

My Background and Approach

I'm here to listen, because this is about you. Sometimes talk therapy can brush over the impacts of trauma. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting to help in reprocessing trauma. I believe in the wisdom of our bodies and will bring in somatic practices if that feels supportive to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I came into this field because because of my own trauma and life experiences. My work as a therapist involves a systems lens. My values originate in transformative justice and I believe that healing is a form of liberation. This space is one of shared power where we can learn from one another as we help you rediscover the healing power within yourself.
