I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues. I use an attachment and relational framework to work with my clients. I will work with you to identify goals and what is important for you to work on in therapy.
My Background and Approach
You're feeling overwhelmed and that you've tried everything to find happiness in your life again. You are unhappy, anxious, exhausted, sad and unsure what to do next. You no longer feel like yourself and you're having issues in relationships. I understand and want to help you find peace and identify the issues that have caused this. I offer a warm and supportive environment that promotes healing. I understand that the people in our lives can cause us pain and hurt. I invite you to begin your journey of growth and healing with me. I will help you process, identify, and move through issues that may arise in your life that you need support for. My passion is to help my clients restore peace and happiness in their life and restore connections and repair their most important relationships. Life can be hard, but their is hope to find joy again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with women going through transitional issues in their life whether its motherhood, relational issues, or job issues. I love to work with couples and families that have communication issues, or may have trust issues from infidelity. I am an open, honest and direct person will work you to navigate whatever issues are bringing you to therapy.
