My goal is to offer a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where clients can feel supported and empowered on their healing journey. As a Brainspotting-trained, IFS-informed practitioner, I use these tools to help clients safely and gradually process trauma.

I understand the profound impact cultural identity has on mental health, particularly for those navigating life in the diaspora. Disconnection from one’s roots can lead to feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and identity struggles, but embracing traditions, language, and community fosters a deep sense of belonging and emotional grounding. My mission is to create meaningful conversations about the intersection of tradition. I also value the integration of multicultural frameworks. I am particularly interested in working with clients needing guidance while working through Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health, and Stress Reduction.
