My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in the Person-Centered philosophy, seamlessly integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. For couples, I employ Emotionally Focused Therapy. Central to my practice is trauma-informed care, with a particular emphasis on the transformative power of EMDR.
