Many of my clients seek therapy to address eating disorders and disordered eating, including avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), binge eating, anorexia, and body image issues. My Background and Approach
I specialize in Transgender-affirming and Neurodivergent-affirming eating disorder therapy. My approach integrates relational therapies such as AEDP, Gestalt, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) with evidence-based practices like CBT-AR, CBT-E, RODBT, DBT, and EMDR. I provide a trauma-informed and culturally competent experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I utilize an anti-oppressive & liberation-focused framework, and center my clients in the work that I do. This includes having a body positive, Health at Every Size (HAES), and anti-diet principles in my work. I look forward to beginning our journey together, and providing an experience that is built with you in mind, and centers your lived experience.
