About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds who come to the process with diverse strengths and challenges. I have collaborated successfully with individuals experiencing attention and executive functioning difficulties, anxiety, mood-related challenges, interpersonal conflicts, grief and much more. Everyone has their own pace, but I tend to work best with folks who are self-motivated, open-minded, curious and receptive.
My Background and Approach
Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to read this and potentially connect. It is not always easy to seek support, but I aim to make the process comfortable, collaborative and fun. My name is Aaron and I'm a licensed clinical social worker that has been providing therapeutic support to individuals and families for over 10 years. I have worked with individuals to overcome a variety of conditions and navigate nearly all of the challenging, painful aspects of life. Drawing from an eclectic mix of modalities, I work with individuals to co-create a process that focuses on establishing a foundation of integrative health and wellness to empower them in all areas of life. From the very beginning, I emphasize strengths over challenges, and it is my primary goal to tailor a therapeutic process that leverages those strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in justice, empowerment, and compassion to name a few values. I believe that all people have the right to live a full, meaningful life with the proper supports and opportunities. I am a staunch advocate for individuals that have experienced systemic oppression and have spent the bulk of my career actively engaged in advancing racial equity on a grassroots level.
