About My Clients
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or meeting a goal and don’t know where to start and are overwhelmed? Talking to me can help you gain confidence, feel more competent, and help gain better coping skills. These things are what can give you help to reach goals and improve your health physically and mentally. You also may need someone to talk to because you need more self understanding or personal growth and you feel stuck. I can help you process emotions and find healing.
My Background and Approach
People need a place to start a place to find hope when they are down. I have helped people with depression and anxiety find tools that help them feel a sense of meaning and purpose and just flat out be able to cope with their issues. I use DBT Skills training to help people regulated their high and low emotions and work on their relationships. I help people do this by finding within them the strength to work on changing their lives, because I cannot change your life. I want to motivate you to change by using reflective psychology and motivational interviewing. Sometimes you feel lost like you dont want to change or dont want to do anything. Finding motivation is important to work toward your goals and find healing and hope. I want you to find hope yourself in our conversation, find your values, and live out your purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value every person and their own beliefs and will not place my own beliefs onto anyone. Each person has value and dignity and is important and deserves a chance at hope and healing.
