Capable of a lot, but I whelmed, perhaps by neurodivergance, or a strained relationship , executive stress, cancer or rare disease in the family, parenting stress.
My Background and Approach
20 years of experience with neurodiverse populations. Trained in Gottman and EFT couples therapy, with enhanced training working with people with ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, 2E populations in couples work. Lived experience parenting a child with cancer and a rare disease, as well as a gifted child.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I toss in the occasional dad joke You can be real with me. I value honesty, creativity, and skill building in sessions, but will also listen deeply to your story non judgementally.
