I have over 16 years experience in the treatment of anxiety including: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Specific Phobias. I have great success in treating anxiety with cognitive-behavioral approaches and have had excellent client feedback in this area. I have studied CBT by Beck and REBT by Ellis to help understand these issues and have practically applied these teaching in hundreds of cases.

I help individuals strengthen their self-esteem and rebuild confidence by creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and self-perceptions. Together, we identify negative beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back, and replace them with healthier, more empowering perspectives. Through guided reflection, practical coping strategies, and self-compassion exercises, clients learn to recognize their strengths and resilience.

I have studied Reality Therapy in training with Robert Wubbolding- considered the foremost modern expert on this approach. I have spent countless hours in trainings related to Choice Theory and Reality Therapy. I have applied this approach to my practice for the past 16 years and have found it incredibly successful in helping clients identify their quality worlds and find their unmet needs.

The foundation of all therapy is the person-centered approach. I have studied all of Carl Rogers' work and have trained under dozens of person-centered therapists as well as worked alongside a specialist in the approach for nearly 10 years.

The most popular and researched of all of the existing theories- most all trainings have a CBT approach. I have hundreds of hours of CBT training via in-person and online methods and my past supervisor of five years was specialized in CBT.
