About My Clients
Most of my clients come to me because they know something needs to change. I tend to work with people who have put this off for some time, and recently have felt the call to develop themselves further. Many of my clients come to heal from past trauma, or work through current issues of isolation, anxiety, feelings of procrastination or negative self beliefs.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR and use a variety of additional approaches to therapy including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches to changing thought patterns. Overall my goal is to help you develop a deeper sense of yourself, where you have more control to make the changes you'd like to see in your life.
