My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Music Therapy, to support emotional healing, build coping skills, and foster lasting growth. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be both practical and empowering, helping clients develop tools they can use in everyday life.
