About My Clients
I see clients in need of services for a range of concerns, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, challenges within relationships, stress, grief, and trauma. I hope for my clients that therapy not be an intimidating word, but rather a place to connect with a trained clinician to accomplish the goals you want in your life, and to find meaning in living the best version of you. I will provide competence and support for you on your unique journey.
My Background and Approach
In addition to being an LISW, I hold a BS from Xavier University, a MA from Union Institute & University, and a MSW from the University of Cincinnati. I believe therapy should be tailored as a unique experience to fit the client, just as each client is unique. I see the process of therapy as holding a safe and sacred space, where a therapeutic alliance is built between client and therapist, enabling clients to express themselves authentically, share their struggles, create goals, and overcome obstacles; leading each person to be the best version of themselves. As a therapist, I strive to be there each step of the way providing competence, support, and encouragement, to not only overcome obstacles, but to also find meaning in the journey.
