My Background and Approach
We are a group of 10 therapists who are passionate about helping individuals find their voice, become more assertive, increase self-esteem, and find their path in order to start working on their life goals. We also work with adolescents, children, couples and families. Allow us to help your family manage daily stressors, anxiety, and increase self-esteem in order to survive this difficult period. Adolescent years are like navigating through a minefield. A child that's never experienced problems at school may begin to struggle academically/behaviorally. We are eager to provide you with compassionate support as you explore and express current struggles, expand your awareness of internal and external obstacles, and will support you as you pave the way towards deep and lasting change.
