About My Clients

You are the captain of your own ship. My role is to provide brain-based science and practical steps to help you steer toward the direction you want to go. Each session ends with a clear, collaborative plan. You’ll leave with practical action steps and the confidence to make positive changes for your brain, mental, emotional, and relationship health.

My Background and Approach

My approach is brain-based and symptom-focused. Our brains change throughout life. We won’t label you with as diagnosis—we’ll focus on your healing, and work to restore you to optimal functioning, and well-being. I do not prescribe controlled medications (benzodiazepines or stimulants). We will work together to find evidence-based solutions for you. You don’t have to go through this alone. Whatever you’re facing—stress, anxiety, depression, or life changes—we’ll meet it together. I offer a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s happening and find real solutions. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I’d be honored to walk that path with you
