This support group offers concrete, accessible tools from yoga to help you regulate your nervous system, reduce your anxiety and stress, and feel more confident in day to day life. Our C-IAYT certified yoga therapist will guide you through a gentle practice, appropriate for all, and create a comfortable space in which you can share and grow with others with similar experiences.
