Writing & Witnessing: Accessing and being with spontaneity

The Writing and Witnessing group explores spontaneous writing using prompts, with no-response sharing from each willing member, along with a closing circle. Our work increases awareness of the sacred space of being a witness / being witnessed without positive or negative judgment and assists in increasing the skill of empathy and self-control as we listen to others without responding. Meets 2nd Monday of the month October 2024-March 2025.
