Women's Support Group

Open for Enrollment

This online women's support group provides a safe and supportive space to discuss challenges related to work, family, relationships, self-esteem, and self-care. Participants have the opportunity to connect with other women, share experiences, and gain valuable support and encouragement. Openings are currently available. This group can be a valuable complement to individual therapy or a supportive resource on its own. The group meets every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please call for intake information or to learn more about the group. I look forward to hearing from you. This will be an open group of 6-8 women. (group size subject to change)
