The Grief Journey

Open for Enrollment

HBN’s Grief & Loss Support Group provides a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free space for individuals navigating the many emotions that can accompany loss. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and there is no single timeline or “right” way to grieve.

This group is designed for individuals experiencing grief following the loss of a loved one, relationship, pregnancy, significant life change, or other meaningful loss. Participants may experience sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness, anxiety, numbness, difficulty adjusting, changes in identity, or uncertainty about how to move forward.

Through guided discussion, therapeutic support, reflection, and practical coping strategies, participants will have an opportunity to process their experiences, better understand the grieving process, and connect with others who may be navigating similar emotions.

HBN takes a holistic and integrative approach to emotional wellness, recognizing that grief can affect the mind, body, relationships, sense of purpose, and daily life. The group encourages self-compassion, healthy coping, emotional expression, and space for healing while honoring each person’s individual experience.

This group is not about “getting over” your loss or forgetting the person or life you had. It is about learning how to carry grief, adapt to change, reconnect with yourself, and gradually discover ways to move forward while continuing to honor what—and who—you have lost.

You do not have to navigate grief alone. This group offers a safe space to be heard, understood, supported, and reminded that your grief matters.
