Neurodivergent Support Group

This support group is for neurodivergent adults (18+ and who self-identify as being autistic, having ADHD, a learning disability, or other form of neurodivergence). No official diagnosis is needed to join the group. Group topics will include adjusting to diagnosis, being diagnosed later in life, addressing executive functioning challenges, addressing social challenges, identifying strengths, etc. Group meets online, and people can JOIN ANY TIME.
