By exploring our strengths, weaknesses, fears, and coping skills in nature with others, we are able to gain valuable insights about ourselves while also exploring and reducing anxiety, increasing self-compassion, self-understanding, and uncovering blind spots. As we try new approaches, shift perspective, and receive support from others, our minds and bodies learn new ways to cope, view, and be with who and how we are. During these sessions, we will walk, hike, discuss, reflect, and play.
|Session Length:||120 minutes|
