By exploring our strengths, weaknesses, fears, and coping skills in nature with others, we can gain valuable insights about ourselves while also reducing anxiety, increasing compassion and understanding, and uncovering blind spots. As we try new approaches, shift perspectives, and receive support from others, our minds and bodies learn new ways to cope, view, and be with who and how we are. During sessions, we will walk, hike, discuss, reflect, move, relate, and play. 1st Saturdays April-June.
