The ©MEAL program is designed for individuals who have tried several diets in the past and have failed to lose weight or maintain their weight loss due to emotional eating issues. In this 8 week course you will learn to identify your true needs and how to meet these. You will be taught mindfulness and gentle movement skills. This course is appropriate for individuals with all levels of physical abilities. It is however, not appropriate for persons struggling with Anorexia or Bulimia.
