Interpersonal Processing Group

Open for Enrollment
Interpersonal Process Group offers a unique opportunity to better understand yourself through your relationships with others. In a safe, confidential, and supportive environment, members explore emotions, relational patterns, and moments of connection and disconnection as they unfold in real time. Through curiosity, emotional honesty, and authentic engagement, the group becomes a place to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and practice new ways of relating. While this work can feel vulnerable, it often leads to profound growth, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and lasting change. Healing happens not only through insight, but also through the experience of being genuinely seen, understood, and accepted.
