This group is for anyone who has experience with navigating polyamorous relationship/s of any kind. Whether you're new to these practices or have been doing polyam for ages, you're welcome in this (virtual) space and likely to discover something new. The initial weeks will provide an opportunity for exploration of human nervous system responses and attachment styles. Later weeks will cover discussion topics chosen by the group.
