Grief Online Support Group

In this group we'll work on recognizing our grief, developing coping mechanisms and supports in our lives to help with our loss and moving forward in life with the loss we've experienced. My hope is that clients will leave this group with a better understanding of how to continue their lives with their loss. I want people to find a community where they know that they're not alone.
