Grief touches each of us differently. Whether your loss is recent or years ago, sudden or anticipated, grieving can bring a wide range of emotions, questions, and challenges. This open psychotherapy support group welcomes adults experiencing any form of loss, including the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, changes in health or identity, relationship loss, life transitions, or other meaningful losses. Together, we will process the emotional impact of grief, explore how loss affects our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily lives, and learn practical coping skills for managing difficult emotions, anxiety, overwhelm, and uncertainty. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if this group is a good fit for you.
