Grief and Loss Support Group

This virtual grief and bereavement process group is designed for adults seeking support while navigating loss. The group explores the five stages of grief and provides a safe, supportive environment to share experiences, gain insight, and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. The group meets every Wednesday, and openings are currently available. Participation can be a valuable source of support on its own or complement individual therapy. Please call for intake information or to learn more about the group. I look forward to speaking with you and supporting you on your healing journey. Most Insurance accepted. This will be a group of 6-8 members. (group size subject to change)
