Fear of Flying Therapy Group (6 Weeks)
Do you avoid flying—or push through it with intense anxiety?
Do you find yourself overthinking every sound, sensation, or “what if” scenario before or during a flight?
You’re not alone. Fear of flying is incredibly common, and it can be deeply limiting—affecting travel, relationships, work opportunities, and your sense of freedom.
This 6-week therapy group is designed to help you better understand your anxiety and build the tools needed to approach flying with greater confidence and calm.
This is a structured, skills-based therapy group grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Over the course of 6 weeks, you will:
This is not about eliminating anxiety completely. It’s about learning how to respond to it differently—so it no longer controls your decisions.
There is something powerful about working through this fear alongside others who truly understand it.
Group members often find:
You won’t be put on the spot or asked to share more than you’re comfortable with. Participation is always at your pace.
In addition to my clinical training in anxiety and OCD treatment, I bring lived experience to this work. I’ve personally struggled with fear of flying and used these same evidence-based approaches to overcome it.
That combination of professional expertise and personal understanding allows me to guide this process in a way that is both practical and compassionate.
