Family Estrangement Support Group

This will be a weekly support group for individuals who are separated/estranged from their family due to past emotional abuse and/or religious/political differences. Goal of the group will be to establish feelings of safety and rapport in the first half using games followed by the processing of grief and loss of family of origin in the second half. There will be ongoing coping skill resources provided as needed during processing.
