Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis

Open for Enrollment
Have you been wondering about changes in your thoughts, perceptions, or experiences? The word psychosis can feel intimidating—but you’re not alone. Many people experience symptoms at some point in their lives, and finding the right treatment can make a meaningful difference. This group is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), a University of Washington–developed curriculum designed to support individuals in understanding and managing experiences related to psychosis in a respectful, nonjudgmental manner. Let’s embark on a pathway grounded in safety, openness, and transparent conversations about what is impacting you—at your own pace. Talking about psychiatric symptoms in an environment intended to cultivate psychiatric and emotional safety is vital to healing.
