This group will meet you exactly where you are at. It is a place you can show up to on a flare day and feel supported and seen without having to explain yourself. This group will assist you in building a new relationship with your pain, body, communicate boundaries, sustain wellness, and access a greater sense of belonging within an affirming community space. Through a systemic perspective, this group promotes safety and connection as you discover new avenues toward pleasure and wellness while living with chronic pain and illness, learn and share strategies for combating ableism, process disenfranchised grief, and explore identity within an empathetic and compassionate group environment. This group is tailored to individuals between the ages of 18-50 due to this unique challenges this population faces.
