Bereavement and Remembering Group

10-WEEK GROUP BEGINS WEDS., OCT. 8, 2025 - When a loved one dies, we often feel we have lost an important relationship. In this group, we will remember and share stories of a deceased loved one and re-connect with what that person and relationship still means to us. We will do this through journaling, discussion, and developing practices that help us incorporate the memories of that person into our life. The death of this family member, partner, or friend could be 3 months ago to decades ago.
