This group is for adults living with anxiety, persistent low mood, or both. Each session blends structured psychoeducation, open discussion, and skills-based work, drawing on cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed approaches. Over 8 to 10 sessions, typically meeting twice monthly, members explore what is driving their experience, develop concrete tools for responding differently, and gain perspective from others navigating similar terrain. Objectives include greater self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, reduced isolation, and practical skills that extend well beyond the group. No prior group therapy experience is required. Led by the Montgomery Counseling Group clinical team. Open to all interested adults. Now forming.
