About My Clients
You feel the weight of old wounds—childhood hurts, family patterns, the sense you’re never quite “enough.” Maybe anxiety keeps you on alert, or you notice the same conflicts showing up in your relationships. Parenting, partnering, or simply showing up as yourself can feel exhausting. I help adults heal those hidden injuries so they can live from a place of authenticity and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
In our work, I draw from a range of approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment theory, and Inner Child Work. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a modality that helps access and process trauma in a deep, embodied way, without requiring you to retell painful stories.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a world where everyone can live with dignity, safety, and respect. I believe that immigrants, refugees, and people of all genders, sexualities, races, and abilities deserve to have their voices heard and their rights honored. I believe the world has enough to care for everyone, and that no one should go without food, shelter, or opportunity. I value honesty, compassion, and curiosity, and I try to live by these values every day. I believe in standing up for fairness and equity, in questioning systems that oppress, and in supporting those whose stories are often overlooked. Most of all, I believe in the power of people’s resilience, the importance of honoring each person’s journey, and the need to approach the world with both courage and care.
