About My Clients
Do you find yourself constantly on edge, waiting for the next surge of anxiety to hit? Maybe it comes out of nowhere—your heart pounds, your breath shortens, and suddenly you feel like everything is closing in. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don’t have to keep living in fear of the next attack. I work with individuals who are tired of anxiety running their lives. Together, we’ll explore a blend of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in the belief that people are not defined by their struggles, but by their strength to keep going. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals who were navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more often carrying coping mechanisms that once protected them, but now feel like barriers to growth. I approach each client with deep respect for their story, knowing that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. My style is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I help clients explore patterns, reconnect with themselves, and move toward lives that feel more intentional, authentic, and aligned. Whether someone is just starting therapy or returning after time away, I aim to provide a safe and encouraging space for change to happen.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each of us is doing the best we can with the insight, resources, and support we’ve had access to. The ways we’ve learned to cope often shaped by difficult or painful experiences are not signs of weakness, but evidence of resilience. These survival strategies may have once been necessary, even life-saving. But over time, they can become obstacles to growth, connection, and fulfillment. I don’t believe that people are broken or need fixing. I believe in the innate capacity within each person to heal, grow, and move toward wholeness. My role is to help create a space where that process feels possible where self-understanding can lead to self-compassion, and from there, real change. Healing isn’t about becoming someone else it’s about coming home to yourself.
