About My Clients

You hold it together for everyone else—at work, at home, in your relationships. You may seem fine on the outside, but inside you're anxious, overwhelmed, or running on fumes. I work with high-functioning young adults, professionals, and parents navigating transitions, burnout, perfectionism, identity shifts, or pressure to keep performing. Therapy with me is a space to step back, understand what’s driving the stress, and build a different way of responding so you’re not stuck in the same pattern

How I Can Help You

With over a decade of experience, I help high-functioning young adults and parents navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, and transitions with more insight and intention. I began my career as a school counselor and now draw from CBT, positive psychology, and compassion-based approaches to help clients understand patterns, build stronger boundaries, and respond differently in the moments that matter. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on what is most useful. Whether you’re managing parenting stress, perfectionism, or uncertainty about what comes next, therapy with me is a space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, less reactive, and better able to handle what’s in front of them without feeling pulled in multiple directions.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe people are remarkably resilient, even when they don’t feel that way. I’ve seen how change often starts quietly, in a moment of honesty, a shift in perspective, or the decision to finally ask for support. I believe therapy should be thoughtful, inclusive, and tailored to each person’s experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and strive to create a space that is affirming and respectful. As a therapist, I value curiosity, emotional honesty, and nuance. I also believe that insight isn’t enough on its own; we need support that helps us apply what we’re learning to the realities of daily life. I tend to be both supportive and direct, and will gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. Whether you're navigating parenting, pressure, or perfectionism, therapy should be a place where you feel safe to reflect and challenged to grow. I work best with thoughtful, reflective people who are ready to explore what’s next, even if they’re not quite sure what that
