I also support professionals and caregivers experiencing burnout, helping them build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and practice self-compassion. My clients are seeking clarity, emotional growth, and tools to move from self-criticism to self-acceptance, and from surviving to thriving in their personal and professional lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have worked in community mental health and private practice, providing evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques, combined with a relational, client-centered focus. I also specialize in supporting professionals and caregivers experiencing burnout, helping them build resilience, set boundaries, and practice self-compassion. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop insight, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and continue to pursue professional development in trauma recovery, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches, always aiming to help clients move from self-criticism to self-acceptance and from surviving to
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey that begins with honesty, compassion, and curiosity. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about understanding your emotions, exploring your experiences, and discovering tools that help you live a more balanced, authentic life. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, and that even small steps toward self-awareness and self-compassion can create meaningful change. Therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where vulnerability is met with understanding, and where clients feel supported in moving from self-criticism to self-acceptance and from surviving to thriving.
