About My Clients
My clients come from multiple different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. I am passionate about working with people as they process life changes that can bring anxiety and depression and work through different types of trauma. I also have experience offering recovery support for those struggling with addictions. I am available to work alongside you with compassion and understanding to achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
Because of my diverse background, I believe it is important to learn about the client as a whole. Your culture is an important part of your identity and it is my job to see the world through your eyes. I believe making connections between childhood experiences and current experiences is crucial for understanding ourselves and begin healing. We will collaborate to make those connections and find specific tools that can help you better your life. I recognize that therapy is only 50 minutes a week so it is important to collaborate on interventions that can be transferred to your every day life and help you become more self-aware.
